A Chartered Accountant, in commerce for over 15 years as a financial manager, but with 20 years experience in practice, in giving accountancy, corporation and personal tax, Vat and statutory advice to businesses, as well as producing both statutory annual accounts (including consolidations) and monthly management accounts for various clients.

Moved to industry as a financial controller/manager, consolidating practice experience in industry and now run own practice.
Self-motivated and used to working and organising his own and others workloads, reviewing and training staff, flexible, competent in completing ad hoc assignments, with extensive experience of reporting to all levels of organisation, liaising with government bodies, implementing, setting up and nurturing new accounting systems, as well as improving existing systems. Extensive experience in producing budgets, monitoring actual to budgeted results, analysing and explaining variations. Extensive experience in Quickbooks (Advanced certified), Xero (certified), Iris,Navision, Sage line 50,100 and 200, Sage 50 forecast, Sage 1, Sage Payroll, Tas Books, VT, Forbes, CCH, Iris,Orderwise, Excel and Word, Power Point.
