I'm Andy Hover, and I run Our HR People from our base in Ringwood, covering Dorset, West Hampshire and the surrounding areas. With over 30 years' HR and commercial leadership experience, I work as a Fractional HR Director, giving growing businesses access to senior-level, commercially-minded HR expertise on a flexible, pay-as-you-need basis rather than the cost and commitment of a full-time hire.

I help business owners get on top of the people issues that quietly hold growth back - compliance risk, messy contracts, difficult employee relations, grievances and performance problems - and turn them into practical solutions that improve the bottom line, not just tick a compliance box.
